Terms of Service

Daily Goals Tracker is a browser extension that replaces the Chrome new tab page with a productivity dashboard for tracking daily goals, habits, and personal metrics. A free tier is available to all users. Premium features require a paid subscription.

Premium access is available on a monthly subscription basis at the price shown on the Pricing page at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Account Portal → Manage Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your Premium access remains active until that date.

New subscribers may activate a 7-day free trial. No charge is made during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and your payment method will be charged.

One trial per email address. Attempting to claim multiple trials using email aliases or disposable addresses is a breach of these Terms.

If you are unsatisfied with your first paid charge, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of that charge by emailing support@daily-goals-tracker.com. Refunds are not available for renewal charges after the initial period.

Upon subscribing, you receive a license key by email. This key activates Premium features in the extension. You are responsible for keeping it confidential. The key may be used on your personal Chrome installations. Sharing, selling, or distributing the key is prohibited and will result in immediate revocation.

Premium subscribers may share a personal referral link. When a new subscriber signs up through your link, you earn a credit equivalent to one month's subscription fee, applied to your next invoice. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

We reserve the right to withhold or reverse referral credits if we determine they were obtained through fraud, self-referral, or abuse of the programme.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the extension
• Circumvent any licence enforcement or rate-limiting mechanisms
• Use the AI Advisor feature to send harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Attempt to access other users' data or our backend infrastructure
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service

All code, design, and content in the extension and on this website are the property of AllFathers. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the extension for personal productivity purposes. No other rights are granted.

Your goal text, habits, and personal data remain your property. We claim no rights over content you create.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular feature will remain available indefinitely. Third-party integrations (Google Tasks, Todoist, Notion, Gmail) depend on those services' APIs and may be affected by changes outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AllFathers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, loss of productivity, or service interruptions. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour toward our systems or support team, or if we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity. Termination does not entitle you to a refund beyond the refund window described in Section 4.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via in-extension notification or email.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AllFathers is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
